Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is a long one. You want to be consistent with every round, as your score that you’ll record on the whiteboard is going to be your SLOWEST round. Record your own times for each round on a whiteboard or on your phone.  Each round begins with a run and you should be going out with a hard effort, as you will be coming off your rest. Be able to get into the gym and start doing pullups fairly quickly. Try to hit the pullups in about 2 sets if you can. Thrusters should be 1-2 sets. Bar facing burpees should be quick- rest is coming up! The harder you work, the more rest you earn. If you are not getting enough rest, scale the reps back to a lesser rep scheme, such as 12-9-6 or 10-8-6. Sit down during your rest.
