Workout Notes: We have a long EMOM today! Each minute you will do the indicated reps and then rest for whatever time remains in the minute. Classes will set up their equipment so you can step forward to the next movement in a linear fashion. The 6th minute is full rest. You will go through 6 rounds total. Try to be consistent with the rep scheme you choose- maintain those reps through all 6 rounds.
