Part A. Is a little Bench and Deadlift strength on a four minute clock. Build to and through your rounds and get as heavy as you can!
Part B. is a race against the clock… We know that burpee box overs might not excite you as a “finish line” BUT even if you can get one in (or not), we’re still proud of you for trying 🙂
