A. 20 min AMRAP @35/50#
12 DB front rack lunges
0.5 mile bike
12 alt. DB snatches
B. 3 sets
20 jumping lunges
Workout Notes/Intentions: Try to keep moving for the full 20 minutes. Run at a pace that allows you to come in and get to work. If no bikes are available, you can row 350m. Try to go unbroken on the lunges and the snatches.
For Part B, you may add weight to the wallsit. Try to get through the full wallsit without breaking. Jumping lunges should be quick. Rest as little as possible between exercises and get the 3 sets done as soon as you can.
