Build to a heavy three deadlifts and three strict press or 2-3 strict HSPU

Three minutes isn’t a lot of time so these sets are used to grease the groove and “warm up” and build through the movements.
In Teams Of Two

B.
In teams of two 7 RFT (Cap 20min)

15 Deadlifts
15 Strict HSPU / Strict Press

RX: 155/225#
Intermediate: 110/185#
Beginner: 95/135# +/-

With only one person working at a time, tag team your reps back and forth. You should be able to do a minimum of five unbroken reps at your deadlift weight and 3-5 strict HSPU or press for your pressing movements. This should be heavy (and fun) all at the same time 🙂
