HEAVY DAY!!!

E90 – 20 (10 rounds of each)
3-5 Deadlift
3-5 Strict HSPU/Pike Push Up / DB Strict Press

Today’s workout is all about strength. You’ll have time to find your working weight for deadlifts and your pressing variations. In this type of workout, you should have more “rest” than “work” in the 90 seconds to allow yourself to recover.
