Today we have a little strength work for part A. You’ll have time to build to a good starting weight before the five rounds and work on some technique before the loading becomes heavier.
Part B is three movements in a 21-15-9 workout. Perform all the movements in our round of 21 before moving onto the next round of 15 then 9. You should be able to do your power cleans (from the ground) in 1-2 sets and your shoulder to overhead in 1-2 sets. Going heavier will change the workout completely and force it to be a little more of a grind.
