Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is going to be a long one. The goal is to just keep moving and chip away at those reps. The round begins with 15 cals on the ski erg for ladies, 18 or guys. Then you have a round of DT, and a 300m run. Use the runs as recovery so you can come back in and get right to the ski erg. Your last round should be your hardest- finish out with a hard run.
