Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is a long metcon. Pace yourself and try to move smooth and consistent for the entire AMRAP. It’s a long time to work, so be conservative in the first half. If you are feeling good around the 25 minute mark, you can pick up the pace a bit. Try to complete pullups and snatches in 1-2 sets. Everything else can be paced and moved through without breaking.
