In Teams Of Two
“Chase the Ace”
20 x 150m run Buy in (10 each)

Then AMRAP
20 Thrusters 65/95# +/-
10 Box Over Burpees
20 Ring Dips
10 Bar muscle ups / C2B Pull Ups / Jumping C2B / Pull Ups

*The 150m run is from the yellow line of the handicap parking spot nearest to the north garage door to the road (past the gate) and back.

Today’s workout starts with a running clock. With a partner you will alternate working runners to complete a total of 20 x 150 m runs once you complete your last run come back in and get to work on the Amrap. There is no transition time between the two. For the Amrap, one person will be working at a time to complete the programmed number of reps. The goal is to get as many rounds and reps as possible by the 32 minute mark. Good luck.
