10 power cleans
20/15 cal row or 15/12 cal bike
10 front rack lunges
20 lateral bar over burpees
Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s long AMRAP can be done solo, or with a partner. Choose a moderate weight, that will allow you to do the cleans in 1-3 sets, lunges unbroken, and S2OH in 1-2 sets. As the workout progresses you may choose to do quick singles on the cleans which is fine. Pullups will likely be a couple sets. Pace the row/bike and the burpees, so you can move to the next movement right away, and not need to stand around and recover for too long. It’s a long time to work, so be conservative in the first half.
