Note: This is a variation of a workout we did a few weeks back, however the reps are halved and the rounds are doubled.

-Bike/row should be a smooth consistent pace, slow down for your last few calories to ensure you can pick up the wallball right away
Try to keep the wallballs to no more than 2 sets
-burpees move consistently and smooth
-DU goal is unbroken (sub 50 singles)
