Wednesday 10-25-17 Workout Of The Day

CrossFit:

A. Front Squat 5 x 3 (build to a heavy three for the day)

B. 6 Min Ladder

Starting at one and going up by one rep each round 1 burpee 1 C2B pull up

Set up a pylon at your burpee station which must be 40′ away from the rack (wall with the whiteboard is) where the athlete performs the pull ups.
