Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is a longer aerobic piece. Be consistent on the rower. Slow down your pace in the last hundred meters, so you can get to the barbell and get onto the deadlifts right away. Try to get through the deadlifts in 1-2 sets. Wallballs should be 1-2 sets, and pullups 2-3. Try to keep your rounds around 6 minutes to finish under the time cap.
