Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout will be a series of 6 min AMRAPs, with 3 min rest between each. You will perform the AMRAP for a total of 5 times. (30 min of work). Skipping should be unbroken, you shouldn’t spend more than 30 seconds or so on it.  Lateral bar burpee speed will depend on where you are in the AMRAP; near the beginning will be a bit more conservative, close to the end should be quicker. Hang power cleans should be done in one set. Coaches will go over efficient cycling before beginning the workout. Box jumps are similar to burpees; use them as you need. They can be slowed down to allow you to catch your breath, or they can be quicker if you are pushing to get to that next round.
