Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is a long circuit. You will move through at your own pace, and not count rounds, unlike an AMRAP. There is no prescribed weights. You can go heavier and take more rest if you need. Wallsits can be weighted. Calories can be on any available machine, which you will used throughout the entire workout and keep it in your square. If you want to alternate machines and share with someone near you, just ensure you are wiping them down after each use. Athletes will stagger their starting places so not everyone is on the wall at the same time. Other than wallsits, you will be in your own square for the entire workout.
