5 BB Bench Press & 3 BB Deadlifts.
Break out all the weights, benches and bars it’s time to lift!!! Get into groups of 2-3 and share some bars + be your buddies hype-man or woman… Weights should be challenging and you should be getting at least 2 – 2.5 min of rest each round.

Inchworm with Push-Up

Today’s ladder will start with one rep of each movement above then two reps of each movement and so on. Every 90 seconds a bell will go and you’ll need to take a break from the ladder to bust out some calories before you get back to work climbing the ladder. The Inchworm with push ups and wall balls are two movements that will cause a little “disturbance’ for each other. Pace yourself and use your transition time to and from the rower to “shake it off”
