Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A and B are the same format with different movements. You will work for 3:00 and rest for 3:00. Pickup where you leave off each AMRAP, and give a total score after the 3 AMRAPs. Half the class can start on B if needed to allow for space. Arrange yourself so that you don’t have to travel far between movements to minimize wasted time. Keep the intensity high, focus on quick transitions and moving quick.
