1/2 Body Weight Squat Clean

Intermediate: 3/4 BW DL / 1/2 BW Bench / 1/4 BW Squat Clean
Beginner: 1/2-3/4 BW DL / 1/4 – 1/2 BW Bench / 1/4- 1/2 BW Squat Clean

It’s back. The Iron Triathlon. Today is a strength workout that will eat up most of the class. You’ll be performing 108 reps of each movement so scale your weight appropriately. Share weights and a bench for  a little accountability. This isn’t a “cardio” workout but you’ll be sweating.
