A. EMOM x 12 (6 rounds)
1: 3-5 Strict HSPU
2: 3-5 strict weighted pullups

B. 21 min AMRAP

15 box jumps @24/30″
12 DB snatch @35/50#
9 HSPU

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A is a short strength EMOM. You will alternate movements each minute, between strict HSPU and strict pullups. Reps are low so make the variations as challenging as you can (adding weight or deficit). Scale HSPU to pike pushups or strict double bell press. 

Part B is a long AMRAP. Choose any machine for the cals. Box jumps are taller than usual, so be sure to pick a box height that you normally wouldn’t even if this slows down your pace. DB snatches are light and should be doable unbroken. Kip the HSPU or sub for a double bell push press (does not have to be strict like part A).
