A. EMOM x 20 min (5 rounds)
min 1: 6 step ups/side
min 2: 12-15 squat jumps
min 3: wallsit
min 4: rest

B. 10 min AMRAP
10 box jumps
15 anchored sit-ups
20 air squats

Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is a leg burner! For the EMOM in part A, step ups are 6 per side. They can be weighted with DB’s, KB’s or a BB. Squat jumps can be with a DB, KB or BB on the back. The wallsit is intended to be the full minute, because you get a full minute of rest following the wall sit. Challenge yourself with your weights and variations. Wallsits can be weighted as well.

For Part B, try to move fairly quickly. Everything is bodyweight; no equipment (besides a box, bench, step, chair, etc.) is needed. You should be able to get 5+ rounds on this one.
