Today’s workout is a partner workout. Partner one will complete a full round before person two completes a full round. The major difference with this type of workout is that you’ll get a 1:1 work rest ratio so your work period should be extremely high intensity. All reps and exercises should be unbroken. Grab a box to sit on during your rest period to maximize recovery 🙂
