set 1: 8/arm single arm DB/KB chest or bench press
+ 0:30 L-sit or variation
set 2: 8/leg Bulgarian split squat +
8-12 weighted sit up

B. 12 min AMRAP
12/10 cals
12 KBS
12 goblet squats

Workout Notes/Intentions: Tomorrow’s workout will be a long grind 12 days of Christmas!) so today’s workout is not intended to kill you! For part A, you will perform 2 exercises in each set. You have 2 minutes to do the single arm bench press and L-sit hold; whatever time remains is your rest. L-sit can be from a bar or 2 chairs/boxes/etc. It can also subbed for a tuck sit or v-hold sitting on the ground. The second set will be split squats and weighted sit ups. Hold a plate, DB, or KBS above your head, touch it to the ground behind your head and then extend it up above your head at the top of the sit up.

Part B’s AMRAP is meant to be light and smooth. Choose a single DB or KB that you can do your sets unbroken. Aim for 5+ rounds.
