50′ Shuttle Runs

For round one perform ten overhead squats with the kettlebell in your right hand then perform ten overhead squats with the kettlebell in your left hand then perform ten x 50′ shuttle runs.
For round two perform eight overhead squats with the kettlebell in your right hand then perform eight overhead squats with the kettlebell in your left hand then perform eight x 50′ shuttle runs
Follow this pattern for rounds 6, 4 & 2

KB Strict Press (Bi-Lateral) both arms at the same time…

Chin-Ups

Alternate rounds of strict press and chin ups. Weight can climb as the reps get lower but keep a 15 min time cap on this portion
