1 Deadlift

Today is a day to max out and test your 1RM deadlift. You’ll hit one single deadlift every three minutes which is a lot of time especially if you’re a newer member or aren’t lifting too heavy. The heavier your lift, the more time you’ll need to recover

If you’re a newer member to Starke we recommend performing five deadlifts on the three minute clock to build some volume and consistency with your deadlifts. Start with a challenging weight and build over your six rounds.

1000m C2 Bike

This workout will be short and sweet. With the limitation of our C2 Bikes four people can start at a time on this workout and we will be performing a waterfall start every two minutes. Set a pace and keep it going until you finish your bike.
