“Dumbbell Dipper”
8 Single DB Box Step Over
10 DB Hang C&J
*Anytime you put the DB down perform 5 box Jump overs….
RX: 35/50#
Intermediate: 30/40#
Beginner: 20/30#
Transition with that DB as much as you like but put it down and you’ll need to perform 5 box jump overs before continuing where you left off.
