Bailing on a back squat 101.
Use this time to learn how to bail on your back and stay safe while the weight is lighter. Having a spotter always helps the you get stuck BUT sometimes there isn’t always someone around and it’s good to know how to bail safely.

Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1-1
It’s time to test your 1RM Back Squat. Find a heavy single to begin and build through your six sets. To make sure it’s a “good rep” have a coach or a tough friend watch your depth on your singles. Real friends don’t give you credit for squats you don’t go low enough 😉

50 Hand Release Push Ups (HRPU)
Simple and speedy. Push the pace on this workout and try to keep moving. Use the timing of your HRPU to pace your push ups so stopping will be less of a requirement.
