40 Pull Ups
40 Burpee Box Jumps
40 Front Rack Lunges
40 T2B

*Perform 40 synchro double unders with your partner after EVERY EXERCISE completed OR split them up 20/20 (you go I go) if you’re not in sync. 40 single skips can be substituted for double unders

Today’s workout is a loooooong you go I go partner workout with some dubs in between each movement. Modify the movements and weights as needed and remember that the work doesn’t always need to be split 50/50 in a pertner WOD.
