Odd Rounds: 3-5 Heavy Deadlift
Even Rounds: 3-5 Strict HSPU / Pike Push Ups / Strict Press

Go heavy and get some recovery! Build to and find your starting weight then continue to build through your working sets if you choose to. You should be getting more rest then work in for this workout and your weight will be limited with the amount of “rest time” between exercises/sets.

Dbl. KB Clean & Jerk
Hand Release Push-ups
Kcal Row / Ski

RX: 35/50#
Intermediate: 30/40#
Beginner: 20/30#

For part B. Chose weights that will allow you to complete 1-2 sets on your 21 & 15 for your KB Clean & Jerk. First choice should be rower for the Kcal as not to tire out the shoulders and triceps for the KB Clean & Jerks. Pace yourself for the first two rounds and send it for the round of 9’s 🙂
