8 BB Walking Lunges (front rack or overhead)
8 Strict Dips rings, double boxes or GHD handles (add weight if possible)

Find a challenging weight for your lunges and dips and perform both movements in your three minute window.

400/500m Ski
20 KB Snatches (10/arm) 35/50# 30/40# 20/30# +/-

Find a weight you can go do at least ten unbroken reps with. Pace your ski so you can get to work ASAP.
