Odd Rounds: BB 10 Bench Press
Even Rounds: BB 10 Deadlift

Partner up, share bars and lift heavy. Build to and through a heavy ten reps (6 rounds of each movement). The bench press can also be done as BB or DB floor press.

B.
AMRAP – 10
10 KBS (shoulder height)
15 Box Jumps
20 Wall Balls

RX: 50/70#
Intermediate: 35/50#
Beginner: 30/40

Pick methods and weights that’ll keep you moving for the ten minutes. Step ups can be used instead of box jumps if needed.
