3 Hang Power Snatches + 1 OHS

Every two and a half minutes, perform three hang power snatches and one overhead squat. If you’re moving well, add some weight or use it as a technical session. If you don’t have a full depth squat don’t force it. If overhead is an issue perform three hang power cleans.

B.
AMRAP – 10

8 Lateral Bar Over Burpees

Choose a weight you can go unbroken on your squats with. If overhead is a limitation, perform front squats.
