10 Partner Deadlift

14 KB Thrusters (7/side)
16 Pull Ups
18 Bar Over Burpees
20 Kcal Echo Bike

Today’s workout is a synchro partner workout for 30 min. Both partners will use the same bar for DL and perform all movements at the same time. If one person needs to stop the other needs to wait before completing additional reps. The only movement that can be broken up is the ECHO bike kcal’s Have fun!
