GYM NEWS:

Just a heads up that we will be hosting the West St Paul Wildcats again for three sessions this spring. The dates they’ll be in the building are as follows…

Wednesday April 10th 9-11am
Thursday April 18th 9-11am
Monday April 29th 9-11am

To adjust for this opportunity we’ve adjusted our regularly scheduled 9:30am class to 11:15am for those days.

WITH THAT BEING SAID… Paul will be training from 8-9am on Wednesday, April 10th in the morning so you’re welcome to hit the workout with him at that time please send an EMAIL just giving me a heads up that you’ll be there if you plan on coming in for it.
