In teams of one… Sorry, this one’s ALL YOU 🙂 Pick a weight you can perform a minimum of 10 unbroken barbell thrusters with at your working weight while under fatigue. This isn’t a race but there is a time cap of 30 min for part A.
For time and as fast as possible, perform a 1600m Ski (women) or 2000m Ski (men). Pace yourself and increase your pace every 400/500m. In your last 400/500m try and increase your turnover or power output every 100m until the finish line.
*Make sure to set your rower for the 1600m and 2000m count down to give you a projected finish time once you start.
