5 Deadlift
5 Strict HSPU / KB Strict Press
5 Strict Pull Ups

In a three and a half minute window, perform all three movements for five reps at a challenging weight. Having multiple movements / reps within the 3:30 window means your weights / methods may need to be reduced slightly to allow for enough recovery after all three movements. There should be around 90 seconds rest after the movements are complete.
