GYM NEWS: Well, today we kick things off with our Zoom and in person sessions. We have limited class times right now for our small group sessions as we’re limited to 4 people per session and sessions MUST be outdoors. It is unfortunate that we are limited to how many people we can work with and can’t run zoom and in person classes all day to keep up as we would not be able to cover the cost of coaching four person classes all day long. If you have equipment available to you and the ability to hit zoom sessions, please do so. For those that need to come in for in person classes, please get your butts in here and keep moving. If you’ve kept your membership going or purchased the in person sessions, you should be able to sign up online for those sessions.

We’re trying to help as many people as possible through this. If you have any thoughts or suggestions, please reach out to us and let us know.

5 x 3 Front Squat @ 32X1 (E3M – 5)

Build to a challenging weight then begin your five sets of three front squats maintaining good mechanics for your tempo. For the 32X1 tempo perform a three second descent from the top, a two second pause in the bottom position, explode up and pause for a second at the top.

“Snatch Me If You Can”
AMRAP – 10 @ 35/50# DB
10 Alternating DB Snatches
12 Single DB Alternating Lunges

*Perform five pushups every time you put your DB down…

All you need is one DB for this short workout. Alternate your grip on the way down if possible for the snatches. Hold the DB as you wish for the alternating lunges in the front rack position or one hand on each head of the DB. If you put the DB down at any point in the workout, perform five push-ups
