Odd Minutes: 6-8 Pull Ups (or bent over rows/renegade rows)
Even Minutes: 6-8 Ring Dips, Box / Bench Dips

Choose movements that will challenge you for 6-8 reps of the couplet. This is strength building work so make sure the methods are challenging yet doable. If you struggle with your last two reps, you’re doing it right 🙂

“Street Fighter”
40 Double Unders (80 single unders or 30 toe taps)
20 Russian Kettlebell Swings 35/50#
10 Box Jumps
5 Inch worm w. Pushup

Today’s workout “Street Fighter” will get you using full body movements to get that heart rate up and test a little double under skills with high heart rate. If you don’t have a kettlebell, swing a dumbbell or perform a controlled hip hinge movement like a good morning or conventional deadlift. I know we’re going to hear “this looked easy on paper”. 🙂
