*Perform your squats with a BB, DB’s or KB’s with a 31×1 Tempo then go directly into 6 chin ups or bent over rows with a supine grip.

Today’s workout can be down with a Barbell or a pair of DB’s or Kettlebells. Choose a weight that you can perform each exercise in maximum two sets. If you need to break it up more, It’s too heavy. Move consistently through it and save something for the end. Don’t go too hard otherwise we might need to kickstart your heart 🙂
