In Part A. We’ll build to or above our 75% RM deadlift with the goal if hitting 10 unbroken reps in Part B. If possible, increase the weight from last week’s set of 15.
Part C. is a 14 minute AMRAP. Wall balls should be completed in 1-2 sets, quick transition to the row, T2B / HLR should be done in 1-2 sets and burpees to the pull ups bar used for your T2B / HLR should be a quick transition. Push the pace but save something for the last free minutes.
