In part A we get to retest our max deadlift. You’ve hit different percentages over several weeks so use those numbers to find a sweet spot. You’ll have several attempts at a heavy single. LET’S GO FILL UP THAT PR BOARD
Part B is four rounds for time.. Move quickly and consistently and choose a weight you can go unbroken with from your kettlebell swings directly into your lunges. Perform five lunges with the bell on one side then five on the other before getting back on the rower.
