Today’s partner workout is a little heavier with some gymnastic skill involved. Chose weights you can cycle on the thrusters and the power cleans for at least 3-5 reps. Every six minutes perform a 400m run with your partner (minutes 6, 12, 18, 24, 30). Yes, you’ll both be finishing with a run at the 30 min mark. Pace yourselves and trade off as needed. If you’re not already, this workout will make you “Rough & Tumble”.
