Workout Notes Intentions: Part A will be Olympic lifting work; either staying light and focusing on getting comfortable with the snatch for newer athletes, or building to a heavy set of the complex. You will warm up before the sets, and should start your first set at a moderately challenging weight if you are comfortable with snatches. You can build throughout the sets as well. Snatch can be power or squat, but you’ll still do another OHS if you squat snatch.

Part B is a longer ladder. Squats and box jumps ascend by 2 while the cals remain at 10 and 8 for the entire workout. Choose a weight that allows you to do 10-12 unbroken in this workout. Box height should be higher than usual.
