Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A can be done with double KB/DB’s or a barbell. You will do 10 reps of a strict press, and then directly go into push press. You will do as many push press as you can while still maintaining form. Rest about 2 minutes after you finish your push presses.
Part B is a longer AMRAP. You will use the same set of KB’s for the front rack lunges and the C&J’s. You should be able to do the C&J’s in one set, and the lunges in about 2 sets. If you are on the run while the clock runs out, finish out your run hard!
