Workout Notes/Intentions: For today’s workout, you will be doing 6 different exercises every 6 minutes, for a total of 6 rounds. Each round, you will change the order of movements so that you do not repeat it i the same manner. Whatever time remains in the 6 minute window is your rest. The goal is to get about a minute of rest each round so you can maintain your efforts. Movements should all be doable unbroken- use your transition as rest. If you are not getting enough rest, you can drop the reps to 8.
