Our Semi-Private Training program offers the perfect balance between individualized coaching and the energy of a small group setting. With one coach working with up to five athletes, you’ll receive focused attention to ensure you’re executing each workout as prescribed, using appropriate loading, and performing every movement safely and effectively. Every program is tailored specifically to you and your goals — whether that’s building strength, improving conditioning, losing body fat, or enhancing performance. Training twice per week, you’ll follow a structured, progressive plan while benefiting from accountability, expert guidance, and the motivating environment of a small team working alongside you.

HYROX training is a global fitness race format that combines functional strength movements with endurance-based running, creating the ultimate test of overall fitness. At Starke, we’ve incorporated HYROX-inspired training into our weekly schedule twice per week, giving our members the opportunity to build a powerful engine while improving strength, stamina, and mental toughness. These sessions are designed to complement our Group Strength & Conditioning classes, creating the perfect balance between strength development and cardiovascular capacity. The result? A well-rounded athlete who isn’t just fit inside the gym, but prepared to take on real-world demands — whether that’s chasing your kids, dominating a recreational sport, handling a physically demanding job, a front line worker who depends on their fitness or simply feeling confident and capable in everyday life.

Fit To Serve is a coach-led training program designed to support individuals preparing to serve their communities in frontline and uniformed roles.
Running once a week on Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM for 60 minutes, this class is built for those in the process of applying to careers such as RCMP, Winnipeg Police Service, Fire, Paramedic, Corrections, Security, or the Canadian Military.
Each session focuses on developing the strength, conditioning, movement quality, and work capacity required for physically demanding occupations. Workouts are scalable and coached to meet individuals at their current fitness level while progressing them safely and effectively toward the demands of service-based careers.
Beyond the physical training, Fit To Serve is about building a community of like-minded individuals who value discipline, resilience, accountability, and service. Training alongside others with similar goals creates an environment that challenges, supports, and prepares participants for both testing standards and real-world demands.
Participation in Fit To Serve is by $15 donation per class, with 100% of proceeds donated to a different local charity each month—allowing participants to give back while preparing to serve.
