• Certified Athletic Therapist CAT(C)

Jeremy LaHaie is our Athletic Therapist and is passionate about health—including exercise, nutrition, and the psychological well-being of himself and others. He’s most passionate about happiness. “I enjoy treating a variety of different people with unique backgrounds, as well as seeing them progress positively through the injury process,” he says.

Jeremy has been an athlete since his childhood days. “I played a number of sports growing up, including ice hockey, inline hockey, baseball, soccer, and more,” he says. “I retired from hockey in grade 10 after winning the city championships. I currently play recreational volleyball.”

He’s always had a general interest in exercise. “As a result, I enrolled into the Kinesiology program at the University of Manitoba,” he says. “After my first year, I was given the option of applying to the Athletic Therapy program, which I thought would broaden my knowledge.”

In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, working out, taking his dog for walks, watching football, hockey, and other sports.
