GROUP TRAINING

  • ALL MEMBERSHIPS start with a three-month commitment then convert to a recurring month to month membership
  • ACTIVE memberships may be canceled at any time with 30 days notice prior to the desired end date 
  • Holds may be placed on memberships with five days notice. The first two weeks of a hold are free with subsequent weeks being charged $10/wk. A definitive start and end date must be requested prior to the beginning of the hold through one of our Google docs.  
  • New members must complete A MINIMUM of Four Foundations personal training sessions prior to participating in  group training
  • Cleints with previous experience in group strength & conditioning classes with the use of barbells and kettlebells MUST COMPLETE a test out session OR perform a minimum of one Base Camp (personal training) session as review prior to taking part in regular group classes.
  • Punch Cards for all classes must be used by the expiry date. Purchase of punch cards are considered final sale and will not be refunded but may be used as credit towards other classes or memberships.
