Ryan Kasprick specializes in Kettlebells and CrossFit training—and loves helping others and making a difference whenever he can. “I am very passionate about the gym and everything about it,” he says. “I like setting goals, trying to better myself and become the best person I can be. I love pushing myself to see what I can achieve—not only with workouts, but with things in life—to see what I can accomplish.” Whatever I do in life, I try and give it all I have and do the best that I can as I am a hardworking and determined person who wants to be successful in anything I do.”
Ryan enjoys seeing how much effort members put into the workouts, and the satisfaction they have after the workout is done. “I love hearing things like, ‘I don’t think I could’ve finished, but because of your coaching and encouragement, I did what I never thought I could’ve done.’ It’s an amazing feeling when members push themselves, knowing they are giving it their all.”
When Ryan first joined Starke CrossFit, he absolutely fell in love with all of its aspects: The coaches, the variety and intensity of workouts, the atmosphere and the people. “It’s always fun going to the gym.” In his spare time, Ryan enjoys outdoor activities like rollerblading, biking, swimming and camping.
His favorite motivational saying is, “If it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.”
