Saturday 11-11-17 Remembrance Day WOD “Lest We Forget”
“Lest We Forget” is a Starke original workout that we have never done before. This workout is to commemorate all of the soldiers that died in battle and still fight today.
With all the films that come out on the big screen, it gives a small idea of what soldiers face in battle. This is something most of us will never experience in real life.
Whether a soldier dies in combat or returns to us “unharmed” they should all be considered heroes.
Thank you to all of those who have served or continue to serve. Lest we forget.
This workout is to be done in teams of two, you go, I go style. Athlete one must complete the 11 thrusters before athlete two completes all the pull-ups. The goal of this workout is to complete all the 11 reps in an unbroken fashion. Choose modifications that you’ll be able to complete reps straight through if possible.
